Developer patch notes, read through the Steam news API (the store page renders the text with JavaScript). Under Gameplay, new Consequence Arcs await the Steward when conditions occur, such as keeping the generator off too long while fuel is available, promoting a faction only to raise funds afterwards, repeatedly failing promise quests for a hostile faction, or quelling a protest after negotiating and making a promise; Story Arcs and other events now unlock properly after a Civil War in Utopia Builder.
