Under Gameplay, new Consequence Arcs await the Steward when conditions occur, such as keeping the generator off too long while fuel is available, promoting a faction only to raise funds afterwards, repeatedly failing promise quests for a hostile faction, or quelling a protest after negotiating and making a promise; Story Arcs and other events now unlock properly after a Civil War in Utopia Builder.
